Gabon election: Security forces stormed the opposition after the disputed election

Clashes in Gabon, after incumbent President Ali Bongo was declared to have won the election in less than six thousand votes.

Opposition Jean Ping, said at least two people dead and several others injured when security forces entered the center of the opposition last night.

A government spokesman said that the operation was intended to find those responsible for the burning parliament on Wednesday.

Superintendent selection of the European Union, Sarah Crozier, confirmed that the clashes occurred in the capital Libreville and Port-Gentil.
